RETURN POLICY / RETURNS

As a customer, you always have the right to a 14-day return guarantee. If you wish to return an item, it must be complete and have the original tag attached. For returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost of 12 EUR.

Please use the enclosed return label that was included with your delivery. If the return is made after 14 days, an additional processing fee of 20 EUR will be charged. You will receive a refund for the purchase price, minus the return shipping cost, within 14 days after we have received and processed the return.

EXCHANGES

We do not process exchanges. Instead, we refund unused products that are returned in their original packaging with all tags attached. This means that if you wish to order a different product, you need to place a new order. We will process your return and issue a refund, and you can place a new order separately. A return shipping fee of 12 EUR will apply.

 

REPEATED RETURNS

We always want you to be happy with your purchase, which is why we offer a flexible return policy. However, if we notice an unusually high number of returns on your account, we may close it. If you believe this has happened in error, please contact us at butik@ivanhoe.se, and we will resolve it together.
