Wool is a fantastic material when it comes to comfort and function, but wool is also a delicate fiber and with intensive use, certain exposed areas, such as the elbows, can become worn and need reinforcement.

We have developed a repair kit containing elbow patches and wool yarn for mending. With this, you can easily repair and extend the lifespan of your sweater. You can order this in our webshop. 

ZIPPER CHAIN REPLACEMENT

"If your zipper is broken and needs to be replaced, we can offer a couple of different options."

• "If you sew it yourself or at a tailor, we can send you a new zipper. You will then pay 5 EURO for the zipper and for shipping."
• If you want us to replace the zipper, please send the garment to us afteremailinginfo@ivanhoe.sewith a picture of the garment as well as the item number that you can find in the side seam and the order number, so we can first check that the garment can actually be repaired. Then you will pay for shipping plus return shipping, 1 zipper 5 EURO, Sewing 35 EURO Total 40 EURO plus shipping

NOTE! Products returned to us must be clean and fresh. We do not handle dirty or unclean products for hygienic reasons concerning those who work with returns.
