GDPR – SECURE HANDLING OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA
GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) is a data protection law within the EU that has been in effect since May 25, 2018, and replaced PUL (Personal Data Act). GDPR regulates all forms of information processing related to a person. The purpose is to strengthen the protection of personal data. We at Ivanhoe have updated our privacy policy where we describe how we handle personal data and make it clearer for you how to exercise your rights.
PRIVACY POLICY
We, Ivanhoe AB, only store contact information for customers and their contacts in order to manage our business relationship, deliver goods, and comply with accounting laws.
We handle all personal data with integrity and never disclose it to third parties, unless there is a legitimate reason – for example, if it is required to fulfill the customer's order or delivery.
To be able to assist our customers, there is a register on our website where end customers can turn to purchase our products. Only information such as store name, location, phone number, and in some cases website address is displayed. Information about our customers is otherwise not shared with any party outside the company, e.g., for marketing purposes.
Ivanhoe's customer register is updated annually. Customers who end the cooperation are removed from the register, but information may be retained as required to comply with laws and regulations.
Ivanhoe AB saves email addresses to manage necessary information regarding customer relationships and orders. No other personal data is used for marketing. When the relationship ends and the information is no longer needed, this data is deleted.
If you visit or communicate with us via our social media accounts (e.g., Facebook or Instagram), Ivanhoe may receive information about your profile and your interactions with the respective platform.
If you want to know what personal data we have saved about you, request correction or deletion of this data, or withdraw previous consent – please contact us at info@ivanhoe.se.
